Njavarakizhi

Njavarakizhi, also known as shashtika shali pinda swedam, is an Ayurvedic therapy involving the application of warm herbal poultices filled with a blend of Njavara rice cooked in medicated milk and herbs. These poultices are gently massaged over the body to promote relaxation, nourish the skin, and enhance overall well-being.

The therapy includes a preparatory phase with warm oil application, followed by the synchronized application of boluses in circular motions.
